These bonbons are especially designed for Lavazza. The base of the filling is the 1895 by Lavazza  coffee complementing this flavour. I have imagined these different tastes creating an arranged set of special bonbons. Below you will find all ingredients listed as well as all information on the incredible coffees 1895 by Lavazza.


 We use Valrhona chocolate for the bonbons which contains sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, sunflower lecithin, and natural vanilla extract. Possibly present: traces of nuts and soy


 Milk chocolate bonbon with a white chocolate ganache,

 1895 Petal Storm, verbena, lime and elderflower.

 Ingredients:  

milk chocolate, white chocolate, butter, whipped cream (35%), glucose, 1895 Petal Storm, verbena, lime, sugar, water, concentrated lemon juice, citric acid, natural flavouring, natural grapefruit flavouring, natural lychee flavouring, elderberry blossom extract, colouring; E122, E110, E170, E133

This newest specialty blend, meticulously crafted from premium 100% Arabica beans sourced from Ethiopia, Brazil, and Guatemala, is the perfect balance of flavors from three distinct coffee origins.
A unique mix of chocolate notes with hints of coffee and orange flowers.

 Dark chocolate bonbon with dark chocolate ganache, 

1895 Cocao Reloaded, orange and cardamom.

Ingredients:

 dark chocolate, butter, whipped cream (35%), glucose, 1895 Cocoa Reloaded, sugar, water, citric acid, concentrated orange juice and lemon juice, natural orange flavouring, acacia gum, E445, fruit juice (13%); including 7% orange juice, cardamom, colouring; E161b, E163, E172, E555, E122

White chocolate bonbon with a milk chocolate ganache, 

1895 Calima and lychee.
Ingredients:

 white chocolate, milk chocolate, butter, whipped cream (35%), glucose, 1895 Calima coffee, sugar, water, natural lychee flavouring, concentrated lemon juice, fruit juice 15% including 10% lychee juice, colouring E163, E170, E110, E133

For this bonbon we used

1895 Calima

 

Single-origin coffee from Colombia, where it grows at altitudes of up to 2,000 m. These coffee beans of the Castillo variety are washed using the innovative double anaerobic fermentation method.

The calima name refers to a series of pre-Columbian cultures in the valley of Cauca, the region in which this coffee is produced.

Sweet fruit aroma with notes of lychee and papaya

100% arabica washed with anaerobic fermentation

 1895 Noble Volcano, hazelnut, caramel and sea salt.

milk chocolate, butter, whipped cream (35%), glucose, 1895 Noble Volcano, hazelnut (60%), sugar, natural vanilla extract, milk, Maldon salt, colouring; E172, E110
